Our main deliverable is the AutoCAD drawing. Karen Davies our CAD Manager has over 20 years experience in producing drawings for Property & Retail.
The Topographic surveys (aka Site Surveys) we produce are used by Developers to determine the shape, size, and levels of sites.
It is normal practice for us to produce our surveys with National Grid coordinates. We can also supply the relevant OS background mapping as a backdrop to the survey.
We are involved in a number of structural Deformation and Monitoring schemes. This can be structures such as dam walls, at risk building facades and road surfaces. We use Leica GeoMos software for real-time schemes.
For Heritage recording and some monitoring applications we carry out Laser Scanning surveys. Typically we would be asked to quickly and accurately scan the facades of buildings prior to work commencing.
