Our main deliverable is the AutoCAD drawing. Karen Davies our CAD Manager has over 20 years experience in producing drawings for Property & Retail.
We produce Floor Plans, Elevations, Facades and Sections.
NIA and GIA surveys are carried out for many portfolio holders.
For Heritage recording and some monitoring applications we carry out Laser Scanning surveys. We can quickly and accurately scan the facades of buildings prior to work commencing.
Our surveys are used in Right to Light cases and also as the raw data input for 3D visualisations.
Asset data collection services are also provided.
