Our main deliverable is the AutoCAD drawing. Karen Davies our CAD Manager has over 20 years experience in producing drawings for Government Agencies.
The Topographic surveys (aka Site Surveys) we produce are used by Developers to determine the shape, size, and levels of sites.
It is normal practice for us to produce our surveys with National Grid coordinates. We can also supply the relevant OS background mapping as a backdrop to the survey.
We carry out River & Floodplain surveys to the Environment Agency specification. This includes the provision of GPS control networks and their adjustment.
We process our surveys in Mx, which is also used in volume calculations and in the production of contours, ground models, sections and elevations.
